How do you source your data?
Retailsphere gathers data from numerous sources including open source reports, direct data connections (APIs), web crawlers, and most importantly our dedicated research team. Combined, this results in a best-in-industry database of retailers, shopping centers, CRE brokerages, and so much more.
How are you different from Retail Lease Trac?
Retailsphere's retailer database includes demographics and contacts for national brands, but also includes profiles on regional multi-unit groups, local mom and pop retailers, shopping centers, and other vendors in the retail real estate industry. Plus, our CRM and marketing automation features make it easier to reach out to prospects than ever before.
How are you different from Resquared?
While we include profiles on most local businesses, you'll also find national brands and regional multi-unit group profiles on Retailsphere too. Plus, we provide contact information and use of our concierge research team to allow you to reach out directly to owners and site selectors, in addition to messaging over social media.
How are you different from Apto?
While Retailsphere does have a built in CRM that allows you to create and track deals through the leasing process, our platform is connected directly to our database, allowing you to easily research and add new prospects to your pipeline, in addition to the prospects you may manually add to your deals.
What's your pricing structure?
Each package is unique to the customer, depending on a few factors. That said, we price our plans based on the number of geographies you are accessing and the amount of data available within those geographies. As a result, you only pay for the data you get access to.
Do you have _______ retailer in the system?
We are often asked if we have specific retailers in our system and most likely the answer is yes. Our team adds an average of 800 units per day, so the database is constantly growing. If a retailer you are looking for isnt present, you can request it be added through our new Yelp search integration.
How many logins do I get?
Within your given geography, you are provided with an unlimited number of logins within your plan.
How do I reach out to contacts?
There are a few ways you can reach out to the contacts you collect within Retailsphere. Firstly, you can add the to a deal or list within the Retailsphere CRM and either email them directly or bulk email many retailers at one time from your profile. Alternatively, you can export a list of retailers from your search and import their contacts into your choice of email, text, of phone application.
How often are your contacts updated?
Our research team is constantly updating contacts across our database. If you come across a retailer you want verified, you can either ask for a contact to be verified or submit a research request and let our concierge research team confirm the information for prior to outreach.
Can I import my contacts?
Yes, you can import your contacts. When you import your own contacts, they are held privately within your account and are not shared with anyone else in the Retailsphere platform.
