Users can create custom fields for use in their multiple pipelines, deals, accounts, and spaces

Holladay, UT  – Retailsphere, the largest data provider to the retail commercial real estate industry, and the only CRE specific sales enablement and customer relationship management solution, announced today, a massive update to the platform giving users the ability to have Multiple Deal Pipelines, and even more control to create a CRM workflow for their specific needs, with levels of privacy within those deals.

Commercial Real Estate professionals juggling multiple clients and deals will find the Multiple Pipelines management tools within RetailSphere’s CRM, particularly helpful toggling between projects, deals, clients and contacts. The new update allows users to get creative and customize the pipeline of their needs.

“We’ve made it where managing each relationship and adding details to a particular deal is incredibly easy,” said Tim Benzinger, VP of Product. “Users will have quicker access to a particular part of a deal and make updates as needed, and have increased creativity within their pipelines.”

Deals can be dragged and dropped anywhere in the pipeline as in “Deal Won or Deal Lost,” or whatever the user wants to name the “stages” of a deal. Quick pop outs show details of every deal and contact.

Users with several pipelines also can “archive” a pipeline for later use, or completely delete.
