RetailSphere’s On-Demand Research team highlights a few of the Latest Expanding Retailers

June 10, 2024

Each day, RetailSphere’s on-demand research team talks to the site selectors and decision makers who determine expansion.

Here are just a handful of the retailers we spoke to this week who are expanding:

  1. Chronic Tacos Enterprises - Chronic Tacos Enterprises, Inc., a California corporation, offers franchises for the operation of Chronic Tacos restaurants (“Chronic Tacos Restaurants”) at specified locations selling a menu featuring authentic Mexican food to order for dine in, take-out and delivery. Chronic Tacos has 50 locations currently.
  2. Seasons 52 - Seasons 52 is a celebration of what’s good now. Seasonally inspired menus featuring ingredients at their peak of freshness. Rustic cooking techniques like brick oven roasting and open-fire grilling that bring out natural flavors. And an ever-changing selection of global wines.
  3. EoS Fitness- We’re not here to sit still. We’re here to move. To lift. To sweat. To prevail. Every step is forward momentum. Every rep is a triumph over limitation. Some people may call EōS just a gym. But we see things differently. We see a well-oiled machine, a large facility with a vast variety of exercise options, a diverse team all with one simple goal: to help every one of our members reach their absolute potential. EoS has 21 locations currently and looking to expand.
  4. Abuelo’s - It all began in the summer of 1989, when entrepreneurs James Young, Chuck Anderson and Dirk Rambo opened the first Abuelo’s Mexican restaurant in Amarillo, Texas. Now, they have over 30 locations. The founders’ goal was simple. To open not just a restaurant serving delicious, made-from-scratch Mexican food at every day prices, but a place where guests of all ages could come together to experience the unique flavors, along with the art and culture of Mexico – all in a casual, comfortable setting.
  5. Voodoo Doughnut - Voodoo Doughnut in Portland Oregon, Eugene Oregon, Denver Colorado, Austin Texas, and now L.A. California, was the brainchild of Kenneth “Cat Daddy” Pogson and Tres Shannon who had been friends for a while. They always wanted to start a business together. Something that would fit into an extraordinary Portland Oregon business climate.
