To save time adding lease information to each deal, you can utilize deal presets in your space.
Adding a space to a deal makes additional fields visible to help track lease information.
To save time adding lease information to each deal, you can utilize deal presets in your space. To enable a deal preset navigate to Pipeline > Spaces and select a space.
At the bottom of the sidebar will be a “Deal Presets” module. Here you can insert lease information that will automatically apply to newly created deals related to that space.
Note: Editing lease information from a deal will not override your space deal presets or other deal lease information. This allows you to edit deal terms without effecting other deals.
