When using the “Reach Out” tool, you can sort by contacts who all already part of one or several other cadences. By selecting these Cadences, it will remove these contact from the list. This prevents you from double emailing them.

You can add accounts to collections as you would retailers. Sorting accounts assists you in keeping track of who you are working with and in what capacity.
