About the Account Executive Position:
Retailsphere is looking for a natural salesperson with experience selling subscription technology products in a B2B environment. As a proven seller, you should be a highly money-motivated, quota-busting, selling machine with experience with all aspects of inside sales.
You’re definitely a people-person with an outgoing personality and exceptional communication skills. You should thrive on being told no, have honed your closing techniques over the years and built an outstanding set of objection-rebuttal skills.
What you’ll do:
- Sell the Retailsphere platform and become a trusted advisor to leasing agents, brokers, and c-suite executives.
- Manage the sales funnel for all prospects in your pipeline.
- Engage with customers at multiple stages of the sales process, providing demos and support documentation where needed.
- Drive net-new revenue growth from target customers
- Develop and execute on strategic outreach plans to help grow the sales team
- Be a team player and pitch-in where required in a start-up environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 4+ years of sales experience
- At least 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS
- Able to travel when necessary
- Process oriented to maximize results
- Hunter Mentality, results drive, and desire to win is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Hubspot/Salesloft Experience a Plus
