Operations Specialist

We are seeking to fill an entry-level generalist position in our rapidly growing Proptech technology startup. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn and build your experience in the exciting and fast paced world of Data as a Service and Software as a Service startups.

 

This position will include a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to: 

  • Assisting the marketing team, including in ideation, writing, scheduling and publishing content.

  • Managing vendors and freelancers

  • Assisting in managing and input in recruiting processes for all positions

  • General account management and client success activities

  • Assisting the data team in assignments, phone calls and actual research and data collection

  • Outbound appointment setting and research telephone and email work.

  • Configuration and administration of client accounts on the Retailsphere platform

  • Configuration and administration of other SaaS tools used internally by team members

  • Other varied activities as needed to support the company and it’s impressive growth goals

  • The position can be hybrid but must be able to work from our office in Utah County at least part time.
